      The First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and State Secretary for European Affairs, Mr. Jiří Schneider, visited the JCBRN Defence COE on 7 March 2013.

      After a short welcome by the JCBRN Def COE Director and introduction of acting department directors, Mr. Schneider received a common COE briefing and a briefing focused on the JCBRN Defence COE capabilities and POW 2013.

     The meeting culminated with valuable discussions on RB&F prototype and future mission and development of the JCBRN Defence COE. Mr. Schneider was also interested in the manning and especially unfilled NATO positions. At the end of the visit, the JCBRN Defence COE asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ support in the Supplementary Agreement negotiation process.
