      On Wednesday 28 August 2010, the delegation of the Headquarters State Fire Service Warsaw and the Central School of State Service Czestochova visited the JCBRN Defence COE.  

     TEED Director, Col Lubomír Kubart, welcomed the delegation. In his opening address, he highlighted the importance of the civil/military cooperation in the area of CBRN defence and mentioned that this specific area is one of NATO’s priorities. LTC Ivan Križka gave a presentation on current the COE structure, COE missions and ongoing projects; this was followed by LTC Rudolf Konár’s presentation on the  cooperation with CEPC and our joint project ‘The Train the Trainers Course’ of the International CBRN Training Curriculum for First Responders. The delegation was also briefed on Modeling and Simulation Capabilities, which are developed at the COE as a bilateral project between the Czech Republic and the United States. The visit culminated with the Polish delegation visiting the Field Live Agent Training Facility in Kamenná Chaloupka.
